I agree with most but i don't think it was a red card for Mathieu, that attacker went down at the slightest touch, was not enough to fall down . Incredible that Mantovani could finish this game, he should have been booked 4 or 5 times :)))

DeleteIt was never a penalty. Neymar chooses to clash with Montovani. At first I thought it was a penalty too, but after seeing replays from all angles it was clear there was no penno.
ReplyDeleteClear penalty for us. A double one even, as Mantovani first hits out with his right leg hitting/blocking Neymar's left foot (there's only one good replay to see that though, from the other side), and then he goes down on his both knees, obstructing Neymar, looks impossible to avoid a clash.
DeleteStupid foul, as Neymar would still have had a lot of work to do if Mantovani had just let him pass by, but a clear one.
